Observation Expressed is a project; a gathering of stories and experiences to learn more about ourselves by the way observations are made. A situation occurs, we experience it, and we make observations or judgments about it. But, what happens if we take a step back and reflect on our reactions? The issue at hand or a specific event, whether it be joyful or challenging, may not be the issue at all! This is not to say we can’t bask in the joy of the moment or express frustration in times of difficulty. Yet, Observation Expressed is about looking deeper and being aware of subtle choices and beliefs that color the way we look at everything.
